Straight from the manufacturer, these never before used bottle caps are great for creating pins, magnets, and embellishments
of all kinds.
Now with plain backs -- no printing.
Here's How:
Using a hammer, flatten bottle cap edges.
If desired, remove plastic liner from inside edge of
cap. Discard liner. Set cap aside.
Using Direct-To-Paper technique, apply 2-3 colors of pigment or chalk
ink to a neutral-colored piece of print paper. Allow to dry, or heat set.
Using permanent black ink, stamp small
image(s) onto paper. Allow to dry or heat set.
Using a circle punch, remove desired section from stamped paper.
Apply a thin layer of tacky glue inside base of bottle cap.
Press punched circle into glue. Smooth as needed. Allow
to dry.
Fill cap with dimensional glaze, and allow to dry, OR
Press a large page pebble into cap.
Adhere
a disc-type magnet to back side of cap.
A themed set, presented in
a coordinating tin, makes a
fabulous gift.
