sure to include a "Ship To" address (for shipping calculations), and state preferred method of payment.
Also, please
mention if you will be redeeming any smART Bucks with your order.
We will get back to you as soon as possible
with an order plus shipping total.
For those choosing PayPal as the method of payment, we will simply e-mail you
an invoice through the PayPal service. Should the applied shipping be unacceptable to you, simply reject the invoice.
