Stamp flowers/vase once on white panel, and flowers
only, again on white scrap.
Color: Use blue chalk to color 'water' in vase, and markers/pencils
in colors matching print for flowers.
Tie ribbon around vase panel as shown.
Mount panel to card.
Cut out 'scrap' flowers.
Using foam tape adhere cut-outs over flowers on card.
Stamp words on white scrap. Punch out. Offset
over a second circle punched from a coordinating color.
Adhere layered circles to upper right corner of flower panel as shown.
Apply glitter glue to flower centers. Allow to dry.
