Slide the PIS into the "L" of the jig.  You want a snug fit, with the

edges of the PIS butting right up against the jig.

Step #2 

Ink up the desired image.

 

Making sure the edges and corner of the mount slide snugly into the jig's "L," stamp image onto the PIS.
